It does appear many are trying to pin the "insider info" tag on Pugs and Riley. Two points to make, since I believe most agree that inside info is that which is released to select group and might materially affect the stock price.

1) With the stock not trading, how can it materially affect the price and give an advantage to a select group.

2) This falls under the "you can't have your cake and it it too" heading. The same folks complaining about it being inside info are commenting the info Pugs has isn't correct, think about it.

I've discussed this before and I'm not sure anyone, even the SEC, has a good definition of what constitutes "inside info", though many feel free to throw it around. I've seen many different types of information release to the public over the phone. I think only hindsight can determine if it has a material effect on the price.
