Thanks Roy,

Caught the news on CNBC while at work. The "street's" reaction was an immediate +, then a minus/neutral, with the share price starting to creep back up at the end. It is a big deal, and dilution of .40/share was mentioned, but seems to me to be a definite long-term +. The short term is hard to say right now - we'll see.. regards,
