This is the EXACT same situation George Zimmerman faced a few years ago in Florida when he shot and killed his attacker... he was acquitted because he ultimately had every right to defend himself, the losing argument against him was that he actually escalated the situation before he had to defend himself, but he won regardless because no matter what, you have the God given right to defend and protect yourself with deadly force if you have no other way... Self defense is self defense, this kid had every right to defend and protect himself with deadly force... GZ
