George, your crack team already exists. Called Seal Team 6 or Seal Team 7. In the world of Special Operations Forces (SOF) there is White SOF (Just Secret stuff) and Black SOF (Top Secret and have to sign a paper offering your family for sale if you ever diviluge info). Anyway, this team's annual ammunition budget is greater than the US Marine Corps, and there are only a couple dozen people on the team vs. quarter million in the Marines. Middle classes have always had enough money to tax and not enough power to complain about it. I remember when Perrot was running, Money did an article showing how he made a great deal of money and none was taxed. He invested in munis. Not federally taxed and being a Texan he enjoyed no state income tax. If you have 100 million to invest you can accept a 4 or 5 % return. I know it would be tough, but I think I could squeezy by on 5 to 12 million dollars a year ;-). Sorta Xoma related, I understand the US military is going to start immunizing their people against Anthrax. I understand it is a multiple series.
