If you parse his words, you can find at least plausible deniability. This statement is a pure 100% lie. Trump said: "I’m not talking about the neo-Nazis and the white nationalists -- because they should be condemned totally. Biden's charge is a lie. The statement requires little parsing and more of a cursory review. Trump's statement and his intent were entirely clear and a person had to try really hard to misunderstand it. Please tell me where the complex parsing of this quote is required. It is plain as day and not subject to misconstruction by anyone who tries. I’m quite sure, as fine a wordsmith as you are, you cannot have missed it. It is, indeed, an anti Trump hoax.
