Worswick, it is with great pleasure that I follow your posts on India and her problems with bureaucratism. The following makes me a little curious: << Where has all that money made in a command economy gone? I mean your are talking about absolute truckloads of rupees here. Maybe a whole convoy. I suspect, for one, the Gulf. >> What's the Gulf link for Indian people? OK I've heard that quite many used to work in Kuwait and Oman, but in rather low-scale jobs like babysitting and servants, house maids, etc. Please correct me if I'm wrong. So I don't quite see why a rich Indian would hide his money in the Gulf region. I'd much rather expect to bump into him right here on the Bahnhofstrasse in Zurich! Admittedly my Gulf question is not really important, but if you find some 2 minutes occasionally, that would be great. Thanks a lot, Thomas
