DLJ also downgraded to hold from buy. Just bought at 8 5/8 (to hold with my $12 3/4 shares - <g>) . I don't think the Asian crisis will end anytime soon, but I agree that VANS has been swept up unfairly. Hope we're right. It is now my largest personal holding.

Funny how awhile back the CEO was on CNBC and said that the SEA
problems would not effect the company. Now they are singing a different
tune.

Seems to me that one of two possibilities are apparent.
As always, just an opinion....
