Okay - didn't understand where you were going with that. So where's the fraud? Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but the consensus on your side of the fence says it's not trading because no one will submit the requisite forms and make a market. Once again, you can't have your cake and it it too. Pick one or the other possibility of why it's not trading, then take a position. Anything other than that is simply an attempt to be a smart ... ;-)
