Biden spoke out against violence 3 days ago. The violence has been going on for 90+ days - where has he been all this time?

The ONLY reason he ever said anything just 3 days ago after many months of violence is that he saw the violence wasn't working for him in the polls, so he figured he might say something... it was about the polls and not the violence, and then he blamed Donald for the violence... This is how he would respond to violence at home??? A president needs to be ahead of the curve, not three months behind the curve... this is what you want for America??? Kindly respond and explain his comments three months AFTER the fact... TIA GZ
