LOUIS, Jan 30 (Reuters) - Edison Brothers Stores Inc said Friday that Jack Burtelow was named chief financial officer, replacing David Cooper, who resigned effective this month to pursue other interests. Burtelow, formerly CFO of Ames Department Stores Inc AMES.O, also was named to the new position of chief administrative officer, said Edison, which recently emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and a restructuring.
