Richard - Kurlak is not the Merrill Lynch analyst for chip equip cos., only the chip cos. themselves. The Merrill Lynch guy for chip equip cos. is not even particularly highly regarded by ML brokers. I would expect impact to be slight if no other analysts follow.

Hi Richard,

I just bought small amounts of:

DJX FEB 81 PUTS for 2 1/16, awaiting confirmation (obtained at 7960)
XAL FEB 700 PUTS for 15.5 (obtained at 700)

You can't make a whole lot of money on the DJX, but at the same time its safer. The XAL is where money can be made.

I started my short position with just a few PUTS, just in case. Will add on when I actually get my CLASS 1 SELL signals, which I may get when my charts are updated tonight.
