Tonto, The 8K satisified the SEC requests, the halt expired w/o event on the 10th day of the 10 day halt. The co. isn't halted, its not trading. Control? The co. will trade when it feels it has the ammunition to come out of the gate on the the strength of its' releases, including the investor(s), 10K, etc., etc. Kugler can make phone calls until his fingers are stubs, you can't stop whats' going down here....better tell Mork to get ready to cover.
