On the one hand, there will not be anything negative said on the conference call and they are going to report $.17 instead of $.15 estimate, IMO. Importantly, Asia will be a positive.

On the other hand, they will guide to flat revenues for Q1 (but will hint at upside to that guidance) and the balance sheet will deteriorate (A/R and Inventories will be up materially).

I would usually think that this report/CC would be moderately positive but I said the same thing about TLAB and TLAB is still below its 200-day moving average. AFCI on the other hand is 4 points above its 200-day.

The question is: can it blast off on $.02 upside and flat guidance?

I secretly wouldn't mind if it traded back to high $20's. I have a decent sized but not a full-position yet.

Either way, we are talking about a very high quality company, growing very rapidly so all of this is short-term fluctuation (hence, the buy yesterday in high $20's despite potential volatility).
