Ed, don't know quite what you're asking so let me respond by saying this: Franklin's proprietary technology allows them to send packetized data, whether it is voice, video, data, or whatever by any means available including cellular, microwave, satellite, fiber, copper, you name it. As for knowing of who they are talking to in respect to other platforms, I have no idea. I think that to assess that question further, you may only need to look as far as the backbone provider they use, such as WCOM. If WCOM is using satellite uplinks, then you can most assuredly assume that FTEL/FNET data would also travel that path. Since your question is open to inturpretation, I would say that Frank is seeking more then just one peering arrangement. WCOM's colocation agreement is probably just the beginning. My mind always drifts back to GTE and that OC24 cable, I still speculate that they will play into the scenario somewhere. Hopefully this helps, rb
