I wonder what that means for Antifa members who are arrested? If the local DA can just let them go and refuses to prosecute, then what does it mean? Will the Feds prosecute at the Federal level if they are designated terrorists? That's the real question. These people need to be put in jail for 10-20 years for what they are doing to send a message that we won't tolerate chaos, looting, rioting, beatdowns, defacing or destruction of public property, and murder on our streets.
