Andrew, I believe the DOLLAR volume trading is the key figure. Sorry, I should have stated that better.

So if the company wanted to borrow 5M (as in your example), the dollar volume trading would have to be high enough to allow for that.

I see the $25M limit as simply a point at which the terms of the agreement might be re-evaluated.

American Express used to say they did not give their customers a credit limit, but the amount a person could charge was actually based on their payment history. I see the FAMH scenario as being something like that.

FAMH has the credit available as long as they continue to perform.

Keep in mind, this is MY interpretation of the deal.
