Ivan,
I can't seem to locate the IL for PRTL (or at least, one that would be violated...) I always have problems locating the IL for some reason.
I see the ACT at around 15 1/2 today though....

Ok, what kind of target do you think we should look for?
I don't seem to be able to make out any strong resistance line, though I'll take another look at the chart again....

Ivan,

PRTL was in violation alright. The ACT is at 13 7/16 today. The IL could be one of two choices. Using 8/18 as low #2 would put the IL at over 23 today. That would be a good one to catch!
Using 8/8 as low# 2 puts PRTL in violation on 1/14 at 17 1/4. If this is the IL, PRTL is a good short still.
