He was fleeing, as peacefully as possible, a threatening mob that was chasing after him. Did not shoot until after he was knocked over and whacked with a skateboard. Showed amazing restraint by not finishing off the third victim who had pointed a hand gun at Kyle's head. Why didn't the thugs let Kyle just walk away? I suggest you watch the videos. Seems like you defending criminals.
