It's tempting to read negative implications in this, but Hobby is about a 2 hour flight to La Guardia, and there are some wonderful hotels in the Southern District of New York. I would hope that E-Data's not Mr Fink's only client. IMO, no big deal.

Lawyers move all the time. It has no real meaning. Perhaps Fink will need to hire someone to be local counsel, to file papers. That is extremely common.
