so you recommend cops shoot suspects before the cops are in danger. the perp had a knife you say, did he pull it out and wave at the cop, the cop was a chicken shit to shoot a guy in the back when his life wasn't in danger, I didn't say anything about the guy suing the cops but it will probably happen
