My, my, my, Offie. It seems that "Omar" either was not being entirely truthful or was badly misinformed (a fine position for someone who is supposed to be providing accurate information to the shareholders) when he stated on this thread that all of the conversions of the convertible debentures have been completed. I guess maybe that the "consultant" did not inform "Omar" of all of the new debentures floating around out there.

In my opinion, certain "principals" of Oilex have figured out that they can continue going to the "well" (convertible debentures) whenever they want cash. Ignoring the huge commissions generated by the issuance of these convertible debentures, where has all of the money from the issuance of these debentures gone? The company has refused to answer questions relating to the amounts received and the uses to which it is being put. Why? What is the big secret?

Perhaps someone should call Oilex and ask the "consultant" for answers (verifiable, of course) to these questions.
