Joe Biden plans to blast President Donald Trump’s push for schools to reopen amid the coronavirus pandemic, sharpening his attack as some students return to classrooms but others continue to learn online. Democratic presidential nominee Biden will be briefed by education experts in Wilmington, Del., and speak on what the campaign says is “Trump’s failure to address [how] COVID-19 is impacting students, educators, and children.” Biden will detail his own plan to “safely and effectively reopen schools,” the campaign said.
