Believe fair to note that we are in a bubble of all stuff, financial and physical, and no telling when popping shall happen but it shall happen

Can the bubble enlarge further? Yes, sure, but there likely is a speed-limit, no more than x % w/i y time.

Will the bubble pop or deflate? Dunno but guessing pop.

What would make the bubble larger? Mass of funding, new, and migration from bonds.

Valuation less and less matter as mania takes over, and is has taken over sometime ago.

Is this time different than past times? Likely not.

Are there cheap bargains w/i the bubble? Yes.

Will the cheapness / value matter at onset of popping? Likely not.
