On Wednesday, November 25, 2020, the shareholders of Kensington Capital Acquisition Corp. (stock symbol: KCAC) approved its proposed merger with the Bill Gates-backed QuantumScape Corporation, a developer of solid-state batteries for the EV market.

The shares of KCAC closed at $23.50 on Wednesday. The shares of the newly public QuantumScape (stock symbol: QS) closed at $37.00 on Friday, up $13.50.

The warrants (QS-WT) closed at $10.10, up $4.09.
