Before this comedy is over you may not even be able establish a tax loss if trading does not resume. I don't think that's true TLW. If you can't trade it you can declare it a loss. I've heard you can just declare it unsalable as long as you show reasonable effort to try and sell. I'm sure that applies to halted stocks. I would assume if it starts trading again you might have to amend the position you posted to the IRS, but I don't believe you are ever "stuck". FYI - I got rid of that MMRX crap for 1 penny, no commission on Dec 31. Penny lot sale I believe it's called, broker takes it and pays you 1 penny.

TLW, I 'never' called you a loser! Where did you get that from? I never reduce myself to name calling like yourself and others. You posted how RMIL shareholders were "taken to the cleaners", I responded by saying that ; "no tickee, no washee, you 'lose'", meaning you have no certs, you can't take advantage of the squeeze. For the record, I leave the name calling to your ilk, don't even suggest I would stoop to your level. I hope you'll respect that. Pugs
