In post #2174 I was commending your assertiveness but accidentally erased it. :)

No offense taken. My fault, I started it by calling the thread pathetic. I will refrain in the future. Although I wouldn't mind getting into a meaningful discussion about what some of the things management could do.

What does seek have to do to break out of the shadow of xcit?

Can seek succeed by copying(and possibly improving) on things xcit or other companies have already done?

There was a post earlier that (I think) said that xcit had exclusive channel partners and seek didn't. It wasn't real clear to me. What are the advantages and disadvantages of each? Would a mix work well?

How bad will it be if seek dumps the 3mm shares on the open market?

Would this create a good buying opportunity? (in theory the shares should make the stock worth about 10% less, dumping that many shares would probably depress the stock price much further though)

Is there a chance that someone will buy the shares?(30mm for 10% stake in seek)

If a single company were to buy all 3mm shares, what would this do to the stock price? What would it do for the companies future?

I don't expect you to answer these questions directly. Just opening them for discussion. Interested in your (or anyone elses) opinions.
