The 2nd Amendment still applies.
If the 2nd amendment still applies, why would anyone need to pay a $90,000 bribe to get 12 concealed carry permits?

Those permits should be available to anyone who passes a background check.

I don't apply for a permit to exercise my 1st amendment rights, other than maybe the right to assembly.

Just goes to show you that the fewer rights we have, the more corrupt government becomes. I see it all over the world, from Europe to Asia to even Nigeria.

Freedom and individual rights, including the right to self-defense, leads to limited government and limited corruption. Safeguarding those rights for everyone, not just the privileged few, is what government should do.

The alternative? "Rules for thee, not for me:"
