TM, Merrill told me the same thing. They had no idea this news was out, so I had to read them the newswire myself. Also said that TPRO is not yet federally approved for marginability. NMS status is confusing this morning, to say the least. Since you're trying to contact Scott at the Hyatt, maybe the front desk can "hand carry" a message to the conf room? Hardrocker

TM: I faxed Dow Jones the e-mail interview right after I got done sending the e-mails. I also faxed Reuters. These guys are notoriously slow in picking up Press Releases. I thought the e-mail might get their attention. Often, there is a big gap between a Press Release going out and Dow Jones picking it up if the Press Release is from a small company.
