Hello Dan and Musya, I've only been through one listed NASDAQ company that worked a buyback. Their mm did not stay fixed on the bid. At times they would work the bid and when the stock ran, they would lag. The mm's have to be able to get stock so the company can trade. If they are not allowed to be in play, our money will soon evaporate. It is also my understanding that DCTC can and will negotiate for shares privately which means the buyback is occurring even without an mm on the page. Hope this helps......
