We do that with vanilla yogurt, bananas, strawberries, orange juice, skim milk, and any fruit lying around. The vodka might be a bit much for the boys. And I never drink anything stronger than chardonnay---would that work?

Who's Nancy?
We used to make our own yogurt in the 70s. And use sea salt instead of table salt. But I don't remember if there was a reason or it was an affectation.
