how much dirt on top (6 feet seems super)

how much ore body altogether, whether wider as op[posed to deeper

consistency of grade (9.05%)

how complicated metallurgy (arsenic? sulphur? radioactive garbage?)

how complicated mining (water table, underground vs open pit, etc etc)

nearness of infrastructure

nearness to market

political risk

nearness to production

management management management
etc etc
