In my last decade of reading about things to do to help your health, Zinc had never been pushed. Now it's obvious. It goes to show that if it's not a prescription item it's not considered important by our medical people.

I recall seeing a study early in the epidemic, months ago - which found that a large majority of patients who ended up being placed on vents were found to have deficiencies of Vit D, Zinc or both. They suspected that the reason more older people were dying of CoViD is because those deficiencies are more common among the older population. I’ll try to find more info about this.

Mq Read a study some where that " 25-Hydroxyvitamin D " is a great supplement to HCQ and Azithromycin .

It is the same as the D manufactured by the liver . Much more potent than D or D3. Pharmacy did tell me D3 converts quickly , maybe for a sale ?
