I have to chime in as well. Being a publicly held company IOM has a duty to us, the shareholders, to build value for the money we have invested in them. I don't particularly care if KE does or doesn't have the skills to make us happy. If he can't/won't do it, at least hire a PR firm to do it for him. I do think he runs the company as best as anyone can, considering the explosive growth and expansion this company has undergone. I like the numbers he is able to produce, I don't like when I give someone thousands of dollars (for the purpose of making it grow) and then never hear from them again, at least thats what it feels like.

I wouldn't mind a little Wall Street butt kissing if it means building value for us. A little direction from hedquarters to the analysts could go a long way.
