That's pretty interesting .. We are so on different sides.. normally.. so pls read on .. but Hate Crime ? I do not give a fcuk why you shot that guy .. he slept with your wife he is black he let his dog crap on your lawn YOU KILLED HIM !!! why does the reason matter ? UNLESS YOUR LIFE was in peril.. then it is justified.. OTHERWISE YOU FCUKING KILLED HIM !!! for no good reason... Hate crime charges are not going to solve racism.. Murder/robbery etc are crimes.. you cannot legislate tolerance... hate crime can be a description.. a reason for the crime.. but that is it..Not a reason why it is illegal..
