At my request a relative of mine who is an outstanding member of the medical profession researched Vaso with a number of cardiologists all of whom took a dim view of its future. That information coupled with their financial condition and management problems is why I unloaded my 40,000 shares at 2 with a nice profit. I will probably get back in when Cardiomedical goes public.

My cardiologist friend discussed professional and fiscal realities with various company officials and told me they hadn't a clue as to how cardiologists operate in the real world. His view is that they have unrealistic prices and licensing agreements that none of his collegaues will agree to because they risk too much. Despite a product that works, VASO appears to be shooting itself in the foot like a lot of newtechs with good technology and no business/marketing savvy.
