Wharfie, Yesterday, I had a few hours when it was pitch black. That's amazing. By the way, surprisingly the air quality isn't as bad as I expected. AQI still remaining just below 100. The skies were clearer when the AQI was 180-something last week. I've been told that all of the smoke is trapped in the "marine layer," so I won't have to breathe it. I didn't know that about our local microclimate. Not making much electricity. Looks like I peaked at 1 watt. Next time, try shining your cell phone flashlight on the solar panels ... ;-) Tenchusatsu
