I have a shopping list. About half are international and emerging market stocks. ISM was strong. That isn't going to change whether there is another stimulus bill or not. The consumer and those laid off will get screwed. Retail will get hurt. Let's face it: the rich, who make up the largest part of the stock market, will not be affected.
I don't mean to come off as stuck up or snooty, but we live in a bifurcated world, where income inequality rules. And, as you know, I am a big proponent of the Dem Stimulus plan. If the Dems sweep, there will be a tremendous amount of helicopter money flowing into the economy, which will be very bullish, along with tariffs taken back.

I see SPX 3200 minimum. Next week is traditionally very bullish, but I see a massacre.
