I have called Investor Relations several times lately, to find out what
is going on with the Nasdaq listing, etc. They seem to be as baffled
as the rest of us as to why the holdup. They have gotten no further
requests for information and are still expecting it soon. However,
they did say if it takes much longer they may apply to the Amex, which
does not take as long. Also when we talked with them, they said
they will by reporting earnings on 2/15, hopefully better than the
last earnings.
IMO, the day is coming for y2k stocks. We are going to be hearing
about a lot of problems in the months to come that will make the y2k
problem very visible to the general public, most of whom have no clue
as to what y2K is. I don't see much movement in this stock until it
gets listed on an exchange and starts releasing some contract
announcements. This "quiet" period has gone on long enough.

P.S. Ed Yardeni is going to be Wall Street Week with Louis Rukeyser
tonight! Should be interesting. Check your local cable or PBS stations.
