Wharfie, So do I, altho I wouldn't say "not even a single additional case". There were undoubtedly some. How could Sturgis spread so many? The answer is that they didn't, or at least they didn't spread as much as the tens of millions of BLM protesters did. When the results defy logic, it's up to the scientists to tell us why.
