Hugh, How is it possible that the Kraken didn't get any of this so-called "evidence" admitted into any of the 66 trials they had in court? Either the Kraken was totally incompetent and didn't know about any of it, or they knew they'd be disbarred and jailed for presenting false evidence in court. If that "evidence" is true, it would be monumental legal incompetence for them not to have presented it in court. Do you have another explanation for that omission? Also, I see you posted the same message on 5 different boards...maybe nobody has mentioned to you that SI's TOU says you should not post the same message on more than two boards.
