It's just calming.

That's exactly the effect Hercules Candy has on me. The son (when he's free from work) videos the father and mother and employees going through the steps making a particular candy, chatting and cutting up along the way.

In the early days of blogs, or weblogs as they were called then, one popular one was Fred's Lunchbox. Wasn't much to it, Fred just posted every day what was in his lunchbox. It's amazing how many people wanted to know what Fred put in his lunchbox that day.
