Max,

Wash rule is one of those IRS regulations which do not allow you to realize capitol losses if you turn around and rebuy the equity within thirty days of sale. So since I sold my shares on Dec 30 last year, I can not buy back shares til 30 Jan if I were to record losses in 1997 return. i know I am not explaining it in accountese but hope you are getting the message. So starting tomorrow I can buy shares of CNTR and sell as I wish. Wash rule only applies when sell at loss at any time.

Looks like you are going on sidelines for a while. Good luck.

Jatin
