I am so nauseated...Does anyone still hold this stock besides me? I first bought about 1 year ago rode up from 5.5 to 11.5 then sold THEN bought on the way down from 12! I will still hold I guess that everyone figures that it will take too long to come back and they might as well ride lu or msft etc... I cannot stomach the paper losses or the wait.

Any words of encouragement?

I agree mgmt is very negligent but I guess saying nothing at this time is the LEGAL thing to do.

What do you want them to do Buddy? If you are looking for news on the court cases there's nothing there until it goes to court. But I will say one thing...how many different ways can Duke be packaged? Shessz.
