RB, you may be interested to know that despite my repeated asking Mike aka ValueSpec to stop privately messsaging me has continued to so. I will be in contact to the Web Mistress for his abuse of this feature. If his efforts persist, I will press harassment charges against both ValueSpec and Silicon Investor for enabling him to commit his crimes. If Silicon Investor does not provide us with the LEGALLY NECESSARY action of removing ValueSpec, I suggest that each member of this service who feels his actions have violated laws should pursue Negligence proceedings against Silicon Investor for their lack of action. This I think will wake them up to their responsibility to ensure that their site is not being used to commit crimes against their members. I will let you know the results. All future messages publicly or privately from ValueSpec to myself will be answered by an attorney.

Raliegh, It's been almost a year since I first found the FTEL thread. I knew very little about investing at that time, but because of you and others on this thread I have learned a lot. I especially enjoy reading your messages. They run the gambit from informative to humorous. Without hypeing, you rationally explain why you are an FTEL investor, and you always caution others to do their own DD before investing. Reading this thread has been an enlightening experience. Raleigh, I've found a relatively simple method of ignoring those posts that I find offensive. I simply go through the post headlines and look for those who I can depend on to give factual information, those who I know have done their DD and are willing and ABLE to contribute to this thread. I haven't posted lately because I got so tired of reading thru so many posts looking for information about the company and what it's doing that for a few days I didn't even read. Then I decided tht I would just read those posts whose name I recognized as on the level. If that lead me somewhere else, fine. Hopefully, Miss Jill will come in and help us. C
