Once again, we see what I believe is market manipulation by market makers.

Are MMs aware that CVIA / WOTD perhaps has a strong plan to get off the OTC:BB exchange?

Are they making every effort to press the share price down as far as they can to try to "punish" the stock for wanting to leave?

Or are they simply making such a dramatic drop in the bid price to scare people out of their shares?

It is interesting to note that, while they dropped the Bid down 50% in 4 minutes, the Ask price remained at .018, then was nudged down to .017! The MMs have only scared out about 360,000 shares so far today. The rest have been Buys.

It is also interesting to note that nearly all of the sells were smaller amounts, except one, and it was not really very large (125K).

And if CVIA / WOTD gets long term investors to buy out the interest of the Reg S holders, MMs will find themselves WITHOUT the safety blanket they think they have coming.

Interesting indeed!

Best wishes,
Brad
