I share some of your questions, but as for this one, apparently the Myriad acquisition was accomplished for a total of 2.5M in cash and stock. So, it seems there might be a point in borring less than 5M. It would be nice to know the terms of the financing.

It would seem that with a company poised to do over 60M in sales (if this is the case), that the downside is limited from .28
