Del, you are correct looks like two 100,000 blocks were traded may of been Reg. S stock. I will post the time of sales data in a bit.

Del, It looks like it was a set trade between two of the MM's. Notice it went under the bid and it was sold again with a 1/16 spread. It is hard to tell which of the MM's it went through, but I will call and try to find out. We should also keep an eye on the 144's to see if any pop up on this trade. However, it may of been some of the Reg.S stock. If it was Reg S. stock, it is a lot better to find a block buyer for it, rather than to sell it little by little on the market. btw- how would you like to have that $6,000 comm. for the trade ? nothin like makeing a 1/16 on a 100,000 share trade.
