I talked with the CFO at JMAR today and discussions concerning warrants are on going. There should be an announcement next week. They are considering all the ramifications of both sides of the issue.

Tim,
Great job on the warrant info (as usual). Did your research give an indication as to the usual outcome? I saw another one recently that lowered their strike price (TLRN). I would hate to ever see that with JMAR. My own experience with warrants is that they are usually extended but that experience is small. Somewhere there must be stats on this.
