Before you criticize you should watch the video. Flynn spent his life studying this subject.

Know your subject before you jump to conclusions and respect science.

He is talking about a specific attribute of human brains that he found can be triggered by education i.e. they get smarter--IQ's are not fixed at birth.

By education I simply mean processing information. But abstract thinking requires learning. We are born as concrete thinkers, we have to learn how to be abstract thinkers.

All types of stimulus improve the brain e.g. the massive amounts of news we all get today and all the correspondence, requires the brain to process information and as it does it gets stronger.

Just like exercise makes the body stronger.
