SP,

IMO the ones most concerned about the buyback are some of the new names and a few of the old ones that took profits sometime ago and have just re-entered the picture to do it again. If you look at the press release it states as of today the company could start buying. How do we know for sure they were not on the bid today. PW could have used one of the MM's if they so desired. Personally, I hope DCI did not spend any money as IMO the bid did not need any extra support. We closed up $.10 for the day, not bad at all. We will have to be patient and let DCI handle this as they see fit. I know for a fact Joe did not put the buyback program in place just to take care of the flippers.

Best Regards

Steve,
Good points. Although this wasn't at all what I expected today, doing the buyback "by surprise" makes a lot more sense w.r.t. short-termers -- duh! Just another case of smart management IMO :-).
